WE ARE LOOKING FOR ATHLETES WHO:
-> Dedicate their time

-> Have fun & maintain a positive mindset!
-> You will be held to high standards and pushed physically, mentally, and emotionally, but we believe as a staff that in the end, you will be a better person because of it.
PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS
Arrive early, be dressed, and be ready 15 minutes before the practice start time.
Come with a positive attitude, ready to compete, and build up your teammates.
Body Language + Effort + Focus + Grit = SUCCESS
If you will be late for any reason make sure to communicate that to the coaching staff.
Leaders do the little things. Like: Set up, get the equipment out, sweep the floor, get everybody moving.
